Lateral Entry Program is an innovative program, in which students who have completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. degree or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks can take admission and get B.Tech. degree in just three years.LPU offers more than 200+ programmes in various disciplines. B.tech is also offered in LPU in various streams. So, you can plan to join LPU for this programme. Admission in any programme depends on the Eligibility criteria to be qualified for that programme.     Hi,
    When you get admission directly in the second year of a course in any college, it is termed as Lateral Entry.
    It is for those who do 3 years of diploma (the study of 3 years after class 10th), well approved by Govt. norms, they give Lateral Entry entrance exam for admission into engineering colleges.

    You can apply for LEET exam of DTU in the month of July by clearing that exam you will get admission in DTU for B.Tech.
