You can directly apply by visiting the official website of college or by contacting the administration department.

https://applications.srmist.edu.in/
OR
Go to SRMIST website by using this https://www.srmist.edu.in/
Click on Admission India
Now come on science and humanities and click on Undergraduate Apply now tab.
Now you can register yourself
