All the students seeking admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programme offered at IIT Guwahati must apply for UCEED first, and then submit a duly filled application to the institute. Each candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times in consecutive years, and the score of the entrance exam is valid only for one year.
