The Certificate Course in Tools and Techniques in Microbiology is a postgraduate Certificate offered by Gujarat University Ahmedabad. The Admission Committee of GU will announce dates for applying for admission on its website and in newspapers. 2. You have to apply offline by visiting the admission department of the GU before the last date. 3. You have to register by filling out an application form and submitting required documents. 4. The committee will then prepare a merit list of the shortlisted candidates based on the availability of seats and the verification of the documents submitted. 5. Later you will be required to submit a fee, which is Rs. 16,821 for males and Rs. 15,471 for females.

Gujarat University admission is merit-based for most of the courses. However, for some PG and Ph.D. level programmes, aspirants need to qualify national or university-level entrance exam. The university offers over 344 courses at UG, PG and Ph.D. level including B.A. M.A. B.Sc. Etc. Apart from the degree courses, aspirants can also pursue Diploma and Certificate courses. Gujarat University also offers study abroad courses. The programmes are offered through 24 schools, 299 affiliated colleges, 34 PG departments and 221 PG centres. Additionally, the university also offers online and distance education courses through the Centre of Distance Education & Online Learning. As per the media reports, a total of 319 students received job offers on the first day of the placements. The highest and the lowest packages offered during 2021 placement drive were INR 3 LPA and INR 1.5 LPA, respectively.
