How to apply for distance B.Sc in IT?

How can I apply for B.Sc in IT? The process is online or offline. How would the exam be conducted: once in a year or 2-times in a year? Is the syllabus for B.Sc in IT regular and distance both are same or different?

Eligibility Criteria: You must have passed the higher secondary examination. If you have passed the three year technical diploma examination, then also you are eligible for admission. Admission Guidelines: You will be selected on the basis of fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
