Students appearing for CAT, MAT or XAT examinations for securing admission in management and non-management institutions, may now also opt for EDI's Post Graduate Programme. EDI has registered itself, under the non-management institution's category, and will consider CAT, MAT or XAT scores for offering admission in its Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Entrepreneurship. However, such candidates have to appear for Entrepreneurial Aptitude test (EAT), conducted by EDI. Two-tier entry mechanisms for those who have no CAT, MAT or XAT score: screening based on admission test and personal interview for final selection. Performance in both these components will be aggregated for final selection purposes. The admission test includes testing the entrepreneurial orientation, general/social awareness, reasoning skills, arithmetic proficiency and English knowledge. The personal interview focuses on commitment towards the programme.
