how to apply for facebook or google like companies what are the educational qualifications they look for..also their min. pay scale...???

They actually look for experience min. 3 years. There min. Payscale is about 1 Lakh in training period. After 6 Months training period you will got a high pay scale min 22-23 Lakh / P.A. You can apply it for online. Also if you are famous student of your computer faculty then you will got chance.
