Yes, CS engineering graduates can apply for Engineering Services Examination (also known as Indian Engineering Services) Exam Conducted by UPSC (Union public service commission). For IES / ESE you need B.E / B.Tech in any stream of engineering from a recognised college. But, ESE is conducted only fo

That means for CSE engineer, its course will be changed because CSE stream is not available for IES.
