In the final year of your graduation or after completing your graduation, you have to appear for CAT. Based on your CAT score you can apply to IIMs for 2 year programme. Generally IIMs have a high cutoff for shortlisting, the details of which you can find on IIM websites

You can apply for CAT in the final year of graduation or after graduation only. If you want to enter IIM after your 12th itself, then Five Year Integrated Programme in Management from IIM Indore is an option for you. You can get all the information about in on IIM Indore website.
