Its all through AIPMT where u can get seat in 15% all India Govt. quota in all govt colleges in India. Also, for ur state, another CET is carried out. Recently, supreme court give verdict for NEET in which, aspirant has to give only one exam for medical colleges.

Admission to Government medical colleges all over the India is done through AIPMT only.
But AIIMS, AFMC conducts their own exam.
