<p>The admission form is available online as well as offline. Candidates need to the prescribed application fee&nbsp;to successfully submit the application form. This payment can be done in both online and offline mode even if candidates are opting for the online application form. Further, the steps to apply are as follows:</p><ol start="1" type="1"><li>Visit the official website and register at the admission portal of Pearl Academy using a valid email address and mobile number.</li><li>Login through these credentials and fill out the online application form.</li><li>Upload a passport-size photograph and educational details.</li><li>Click on ‘apply online’ and select debit/credit card for making the payment if you are making an online payment. You will be redirected to a payment gateway where you need to pay the application fees and then click on submit.</li><li>In the case of offline payment, choose ‘demand draft’ as a payment option. Enter the details of the demand draft and click on submit. The demand draft will be drawn in favour of the "Creative Arts Education Society" payable in New Delhi.</li><li>Save your application form and take a printout for future reference.</li></ol>
