It's not required that institute's names must be present in December MAT 2017. People can apply through the forms which will become available in the last week of December (most probably).

The application for PGDM in SIES is done separately, you can apply for SIES with your MAT scorecard when SIES comes out with the admission application.

Actually you have to ask college which exams they will accept for admission into Pharma course.
Once you know which exams are considered for shortlisting you can give those and if you are shortlisted you will be asked to attend GD-PI process to get admission into Pharma course.
According to me CET and CMAT exams were considered for Pharma admission.
But for next year admission you have to be in contact with college which exams will they accept and when the forms will be out.
Best thing is visit SIES website regularly to be updated with the process.
