how to apply for restsumeikan asia pacific university from india?

I'm a 12 passed student with 60+%.I want to apply for retsumeikan asia pacific university fo bba.I just want to make clear that whether I have to send application and recommendations to Its head office in Japan or to its regional office in India.I also want to how much cost living in japan?

Hi, There are APU Overseas Offices in various countries and territories. Students are encouraged to make inquiries at the local offices where possible. In India, the office is located at Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. I would suggest you to visit them personally for detailed help. Good Lu
