Hi,
Scholarships are generally given on merit basis by colleges and universities abroad. Different colleges/universities have different criterion. Very good academic scores, strong SOP, LORs, extra-curricular activities, etc. are required. All applicants are normally considered for scholarships at

Ma'am as you mentioned earlier 'each and every single application for admission comes under scholarship'. But is it possible to get a scholarship on the minimum grades?
