Management quota only available in RVCE VIT and PESIT. RVCE is top college in South India. There is no Management quota, at BITs campus in India. You can get Management quota in BITs campus in Dubai. For rest of the colleges, you need some source through which you can get it.

BITs-Pilani only has Dubai campus where you can get a seat for management quota. For rest of the BITs campus you need to work hard. For other colleges you mentioned you can easily search for people who have contacts online. You will get sufficient results. But, I personally won't recommend you takin
