    1. Learn how to study efficiently.
    2. Study early and in similar places.
    3. Establish a consistent pretest routine.
    4. Talk to your teacher.
    5. Indulge in some meditation, exercise and relaxation to take your mind off studying for sometime.
    6. Don't forget to eat and drink.
    7. Eat well, eat healthy.
    8. Get plenty of sleep.
