    When you go for IBS, you should know about your strengths and weakness. And if you identify strengths then one can be confident and start solving the test from questions based on your strong concepts. While weak areas can be practiced and focus should be on minimizing errors. In last minutes, aspirants should prepare a list of the formulas, concepts and tricks so that one can have quick access to all the important areas.     Such kinds of tests check your speed, accuracy, precision and time management along with background knowledge. So you need to be well prepared with the concepts so that you do not miss out on the questions. Don't spend too much on a question otherwise that question can become your doomsday or it will kill your time for other questions.

    Hi,
    IBSAT is a management entrance test conducted annually for admissions into the 9 campuses of the prestigious Indian Business School. The college has its campuses in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Pune, Dehradun and Jaipur.
    1. Review your notes properly.
    2. Do not panic in the exam.
    3. Do not waste too much of time on a single question as it will slow down your pace.
    4. Answer the one in which you you are confident enough.
    5. Not solving enough mock papers.
    6. Ignoring past years sample papers.

    If you want to excel in IBSAT exam, the core thing which you should do a lot practice. Do practice regularly while you preparing for exam. Solve mock paper as much as you can. It will enhance your speed and capability of solving question fast. Analyse each paper which you have solved so that you can come across with your flaws and could work on that. For a good start first make a strategy for your preparation. Do a SWOT analysis of yours and figure out your weakness and strength. So that you can work on your weakness and turn it into your strength. Go through the last 10 years paper. You'll get to know the pattern. And also work on voc

    Here are some of the common mistakes which can be avoided by aspirants while preparing for IBSAT exam. Check the tips to avoid the common mistakes below:
    1. Not solving enough mock papers
    To get a proper understanding of the format, time management and to be able to solve questions accurately one must take as many mocks. Solving and practicing individual questions is a lot different to attempting a full mock test. While taking mocks aspirants can realize mismanagement of time, silly errors which do not get highlighted otherwise.

For admission to ICFAI Business School, candidates must meet the overall cutoff criteria specified for CAT, XAT, GMAT and IBSAT. The IBSAT 2025 selection rounds will commence in second week of February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates with IBSAT/CAT/NMAT/XAT or GMAT scores will be shortlisted for selection rounds.

IBSAT 2025 scorecard will be issued online to all the test takers. Candidates who will appear for the online exam on December 27 and December 28 can download the result online at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates will not be issued the scorecard offline. To download the IBSAT result 2025, candidates must visit the official IBSAT webiste and click on tab 'IBSAT result' and enter their login details to view and take print of scorecard.
