How to be a doctor at government hospital after completing MBBS from a private medical college in India?

    MBBS doctors are posted as Junior Residents or Medical Officers in Sub Centres just after MBBS. or you can start private practice.

    Hi Siddhartha,
    To become a doctor in the State and Central Government hospitals, mere MBBS wouldn't be enough. The candidate is expected to have a minimum qualification of MD and specialization in their own area of interest. Without a specialization, the person will not be considered for government hospitals.
