Is it possible to enter defense services by studying MBBS(not from AFMC) and then applying for CDS?

HI Guyz, Apart from AFMC pune, one more armed forces medical college is there in Delhi, which is under IP university and entry to this college is through CET(common entrance test) conducted by IP university.

There was a separate entrance examination for AFMC pune but now the entry into AFMC pune is through AIPMT (All India Pre Medical Test)
