advisory is a key job in investment banking.so,after 12th commerce,any one can do a job of advisory in any financial company along with further study.

You may do B.Com or BBA followed by MBA in Finance. If you do MBA from Tier I B School and you have high analytical skills you may get placement as Investment Banker.
