How to Become a CA also known as Chartered Accountant?

<p>Under the Education and Training Scheme, there are&nbsp;<strong>two ways to start a &lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/chartered-accountancy-chp"&gt;CA degree&lt;/a&gt;: the Foundation Course Route and the Direct Entry Route.</strong></p><ul><li>If you want to start the <strong>CA degree right after finishing Class 12, </strong>&nbsp;you need to&nbsp;<strong>take the Foundation Route</strong>, which includes passing exams given by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).</li><li>But if you have&nbsp;<strong>already finished your graduation or postgraduation, you can skip the Foundation exams and directly apply for the Intermediate exams</strong>.</li></ul><p>In short, the Foundation Course is for students who just completed Class 12, while the Direct Entry Route is for graduates.</p>
