How to become a career counselor ?

Hey I am a HR Managment professional and would like to understand if there is any eligibility requirement to become a Career Counselor as per the Law. I've got 6+ Year of relevant experience & have handled responsibilities related to Recruitment & Campus hiring.

An intensive general awareness of Institutions and careers is a must. Naturally, you must have good soft skills. Your knowledge of English is very much essential. You have to understand the ways of the younger generation. You must maintain good public relations.
