CFA is a reputed finance exam across the globe. With reputation, comes the dedication one needs to put to earn it. To earn CFA Charter, one needs to:
Clear the 3 exam levels organized by CFA Institute
Gain 4 years of relevant experience.
However, these are only two small butter points, but needs lot of preparations and persistence to carry on.

CFA holds so much responsibility, one need to be certified to show that you possess the technical knowledge. In order to take the national exam, you will need to be able to prove that you have completed formal training and that you have hands-on professional experience in finance.
Getting most professional credentials in the finance sector is to earn a Bachelor's degree. If you would like to earn the CFA charter, you need to enroll in an accredited program that is nationally or regionally accredited. To become a CFA charter holder, one needs to complete the 3 levels of the course and have the required 4 years of work experience.
One studies topics such as Ethics, Economics, Equity, Fixed Income( Bonds), Portfolio Management, Quants, Derivatives, Alternative Investments, Financial Statement and Analysis. The first two levels are MCQs but Level 3 has both MCQs and descriptive answers.
