    A child counselor specifically deals with the mental health and wellness of children. They help children overcome their problems with a friendly approach. To become a child counselor in India, you will have to follow the following steps:
    1. Take psychology as a 12th-grade subject.
    2. If you have not taken psychology even then, you can pursue graduation in psychology.
    3. After completion of the 12th, you will have to do a Bachelors in Psychology as either a B.A. Or B.Sc.
    4. After that, you will need to pursue a master's as an M.A. Or M.Sc. In psychology.

    Child counsellors look after the behavioural changes which are happening around children. Often children suffer from mental illness or trauma because of loneliness or stressful home environment. In such situations, its highly recommended to consult a child counsellor who will help the child to overcome problems in a friendly approach. What you need :-
