How to become a cinema screenplay writer ?

This is a service engineer(age-26) with 14k job. I want to encash my writing skill by making a career as a screenplay writer. Few of my stories are published in Gujarat Samachar newspaper and some other magazines. I have no idea where to start for this & I definately dont wanna be simply an author !
