How to become a Database Administrator?
i am B.Com Student, but i want to do DBA, and i am working as computer faculty for last 3 years. so how can i be a DBA, is it get me a good job.....? in it cector please help me any one..........

Hi Shrinivas,
I would like to have following options for you.
Before you start Oracle DBA you can study: Linux or Unix Operating System as Oracle DBA must need knowledge about it. Best book is UNIX Concepts and Application by Sumitabha Das.
Once you are done with UNIX, try to do study basic Dat

Hi, i had completed my diploma in IT. currently iam doing REDHAT CERTIFICATION. plz can u tell me about AIX Administration and also other good carrier appourtinities to get gud jobs in nmc's as im not interested in doing B.E.
