Any graduate or engineer can join flying branch in Indian Air Force subject to meet other criterion.
The following are the three modes of entry for graduates/ engineers to join the Flying branch:

Dear Mohit,
You can apply for entries such as AFCAT CDSE, and there you can opt for flying branch. Once you get selected, it requires 2 year for training and it's free of cost.
