    Forensic scientists play an important role in investigations. To become a forensic scientist, you need to take a professional course in forensic Science. You can get a Bachelor's degree in forensic Science after completing the 12th grade. Top universities such as Bharathiar University offer Bachelor's-level courses. You can pursue the following courses after the 12th:
    1. B.Sc. In Digital and Cyber Forensic Science
    2. B.Sc. In Forensic Science
    3. B.Sc. (Hons. ). In Forensic Sciences with Research

    To become a forensic scientist in India you need to opt for Science in 11th and 12th after that you can pursue B.Sc. In forensic sciences or MBBS. If you choose B.Sc. In forensic sciences then you can further pursue M.Sc. In forensic sciences and then Ph.D. in forensic sciences or PG Diploma in forensic Science, if you choose MBBS then you can opt for MD in Forensic Medicine. The skills that are required to be a Forensic Scientist are:-
    Chromatography
    Electron microscopy and DNA profiling
    Chemistry
    Data analysis.
