You need to qualify any one of the following entrance exams:
TISSNET, XLRI or CAT.
You need to score good marks so that you can get admission in a reputed B-school to pursue MBA in HR.

First clear CAT or MAT to get admission in MBA college.
Then go for MBA in HR. First level will be executive, slowly and gradually you will become manager.
You can also go for Master of management in HR stream.
