To pursue a career in lectureship or teaching you need to either go for M.Phil or PhD programs or need to sit for NET depending on the Institute you are applying to. If you are going for AICTE approved Institutes who majorly give Management and technology related PG diploma programs you

Hello Dharma, lectureship is not a course . You can become a lecturer if you want after doing B.Tech in any recognized Colleges of engg but you may have to have M.Tech to do so.
