There is a clear distinction between staff between Staff appointed by Government and the other agencies in regards to emoluments and other privileges.

To become a Lecturer you need to clear UGC NET exam, which is held twice a year generally in June and in Dec. You can give this exam nay number of times. Choose your subject depending upon what you want to teach in the college.

You can seek lectureship in MBA colleges. You will do well to pursue M.Phil. for further growth in the teaching profession.
