Hi Stanly, The IPS posts are filled by the Civil Services Exam which is conducted by UPSC every year. Government of India conducts Indian Police Service (IPS) Exam for the recruitment of Indian candidates for the different Posts in Indian Civil Services. IPS Exam is part of the Civil Services Exam
