I am confused to do B.Sc. For further studies Should I join in normal degree college or research college.

To become a scientist you can Join ISRO. Indian Space research organisation conducts its own exam every year for B tech students as well as for B.Sc. Students. Even you can go For DRDO Exams which is also conducted every year or depends on vacancies available.
