Yes you wil no problem .you can attend after 12th for software eng in various field like bca bsc(comp) b.tech eng etc

Yes, you can but it will be a long procedure as you do not belong to a science background.
after your Intermediate try to opt with a course with math and computer in graduation, you may choose BCA or similar course and you have to learn any of the ongoing technology line java, .net, android whatever
