Hi Saasa, tester as in IT??? If so then there are 2 kinds of testing methods black box and whitebox. Black box is more common and most of the companies follow this process of testing. You can go for some short term courses in the subject and then you can look for jobs in this field.

An ITI certificate will make you a tester in the field of electrical/electronics. For software testing, do a software testing course.
