How to become a web developer without Bachelors?

I'm finishing my higher boards. I want to do B.Tech in CS but can't wait for 4 years to get a job due to financial problems at the same time. I don't want BPO or Tele-calling jobs. I want to gain experience in IT field.

Web developer can be divided into 2 major areas - Front end developer and back end developer. Learning HTML and basic CSS and Javascript is necessary for both front end and back end developer. Learning Python, PHP, Ruby or rails and database systems like Mysql can help you become a sought after web developer.
