To become a HR consultant one needs to follow these steps:-
1. Get a Bachelor's degree.
2. Determine what you want to be generalist or specialist.
3. Give exams like CAT XAT NMAT etc. To get into top colleges for MBA. XLRI Jamshedpur is known for their HR's so for that you have to crack XAT. XAT h
