    Hi,
The IB conducts its examination through the Ministry of Home Affairs link. One of the major requirements for being selected as an officer in CBI / IB is that you should have a bachelors degree. There are many ways through which CBI / IB recruits people for different posts. The details of all the selection procedure can be found in the following pdf
    http://www.cbi.gov.in/aboutus/manuals/adminmanual/APPENDIX_3.pdf.
As different posts have different selection procedure.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
    Wish You Luck!
