how to become app designer in apple.coures requried

i want to become an app designer and want a job in apple as app designer.what are the qualification required and where should i learn all those courses?time period needed

Apple has no designers who are based out of India, plus apple does not do any hiring activity in India. All hiring is done in California/US, so unless you are not located there you have little chance of joining apple.
