How to become expert in m.tech cnis?

Hi im completed my b.tech it (59.33)and i interested in networking and security so im going to joining m.tech-cnis(computer networking and information security) through pgecet so i request u to tell me how to become expert in this field (or path to become expert)and get a job after m.tech?
