How to become lecturer in a college?

I'm in my 1st year of Chemistry Honours and want to be a lecturer.

    Hello, To become a lecturer in a college or institute, you have to fulfill some required eligibility criteria. Students who pursue their postgraduate tends to look career opportunities in lectureship which is a really good option. As you asked about becoming a lecturer of Chemistry as you are pursuing in chemistry subject.     You are eligible to appear for NET examination after completing your M.Sc to become a lecturer. You can subsequently pursue Ph.D for a long term career growth as a lecturer.
