Complete your Masters, apply for NET and after qualifying it go for Ph.D. Then you become eligible for the post.

Hello, After pursuing BE you can apply for the CSIR NET Exam to become an Assistant Professor. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency to select the candidates for the post of Assistant professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship.
