    Hi,
    IIMs only select the best ones from the admission procedures & the companies visiting IIMs are sure about the quality of students there. So the students of IIMs will get job with high salary package than other institutions.

    Good question tough. See Mr. narendra modi has came up with the plan of "FDI" ie. Foreign Direct Investment in which in coming Years, There would be many Foreign companies evolving in india for their product. so They wont be having the market concept in India. so they v'll need the manager or the management for their company. so there is a surety of Job for the MBA, as simple as that

    Surety is never possible and the Institutions may eliminate such of the students, with a number of backlogs. They consider the latest list of students, eligible, in all aspects. Jobs are never offered mechanically.
