Hi, IIMs only select the best ones from the admission procedures & the companies visiting IIMs are sure about the quality of students there. So the students of IIMs will get job with high salary package than other institutions.

Surety is never possible and the Institutions may eliminate such of the students, with a number of backlogs. They consider the latest list of students, eligible, in all aspects. Jobs are never offered mechanically.
