How to calculate 75% criteria for JEE Mains?

I am from Maharashtra board with 5 subjects. My 5th subject is of 200 marks. So the percentage in my result will be out of 600 marks. During admission, will they be using this percentage or they will first convert it into 500 marks?

To calculate the 75% criteria for JEE, add up your marks in the five required subjects Physics Chemistry Mathematics, and any other two subjects), then divide the total by 5 to get the average percentage. Multiply the average percentage by 100 to get the percentage of marks obtained in the 12th standard board examination. If the percentage is less than 75%, you may not be eligible to appear for JEE Main or JEE Advanced examination, depending on the specific criteria of the year.
