How to calculate best of 4 marks for admission in B.A. English Hons.
How to calculate best of 4 marks for admission in B.A. English Hons. My subjects were ENGLISH CORE, HISTORY, HOME Science, PAINTING (FINE ARTS) & PHYSICAL EDUCATION. The lowest marks are in history & the highest scored by me is in PAINTING. Kindly guide.

Hii Gurseerat, To calculate your best of four marks - you have to take the highest marks you got in subject and can leave the lowest marks subject. For say you have the lowest marks in history then you can leave history marks and just calculate these subjects ( ENGLISH CORE, HOME Science, PAINTING (FINE ARTS) & PHYSICAL EDUCATION ) marks.

The procedure will be, you have to include one language subject in the best four subjects. The subjects can be, like English in the any subject, which is language subject. Then, for the other three subjects, you need to keep in mind that it has more than 77% to 60% theory and the percentage for practical should be less than 40%, then you will choose that particular subject in your Duster force keep in mind that only one subject you need to exclude otherwise everything will be included.
