In order to calculate GPA from percentage, you need to divide the obtained percentage by 100 and then multiply the result by 4. Mathematically, it can be represented as GPA = (Obtained Percentage/100)*4. The idea behind this calculation is the percentage score, which is out of 100, is being converted to an equivalent score, which is out of 4.0. If you wish to use the unitary method, you can consider 25% as an equivalent of 1 GPA.
