How to change college inter state?

I'm studying in BCA 1st year in Bangalore University; now I want to change college to Shivaji University (Kolhapur), Bharti University (Pune) basically to Maharashtra for secons year How can I change the college? I had completed 12th in Maharashtra through Maharashtra state board.

Hello Anuj, perhaps theoretically it's possible to get oneself transferred from a college in one university to another college in another university. For this to be successful, there are many conditions Viz acceptance by intended college for your admission, valid reason for transfer, equivalence of courses in the concerned two universities. In addition forms and rules change from university to university. In the bargain, students invariably take TC from present college and seek fresh admission in new college.
