How to change my college after completing F.E.?

I m an F.E. qualified student with 75%(agre.),Mechanical engg. from MU. I want to change my college for S.E. till final year.advise me.

Hi Raj, Although, Internal transfers with in the University Colleges are possible in few of the cities in India but if we talk about the transfer from one independent college to another it is rarely a possibility. I would suggest you to talk to your own college if they are ready to give TC and also
