how to change scan image into word document.that means now i taken scan one page that is i have to make some alaingements....

Dont convert it into word. Open Microsoft Picture Manager and it allows you to edit the picture. Otherwise go to some web designer and he would have Adobe Photoshop that can also edit pictures.
