How to change the college in the same university? I am in 2nd year of BA in Gulbarga University.

You need to contact the University Academics and Migration Department, where you will get to know the rules and fee as well. Migration from one college to another college depends on the availability of Seats in the course you are doing. Along with this, both the colleges should allow this based you

Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate shall be given only after your request is approved. So, visit the University to which both colleges are related.
